yesterday run

lunch yesterday: salmon with salad (mango, avo,...
and that creamy dill sauce again
dinner: two soyrizo tacos on corn tortillas...
also the last of my stuffed avo from Friday night - maybe about a quarter was left
lunch: baked salmon with dill + sesame oil
and a nice salad of cilantro, mango + avocado
(umm, and a cream sauce I made to accompany)
(b1) pho: prawns + pork
i ran to the pho place (approx 2 millys), ate half the pho and took the other half home (walked back)

brussels sprouts: a lesson in yum
Sure, most poo-poo the idea of brussels sprouts. In fact, when you even so much as mention them to most (including my beloved mother) images of soggy childhood greens come to mind. Luckily for you, I happen to be one of the tri-state area’s most enthusiastic fans of the brussels sprout. It will be my dying wish that the brussels sprout’s bad rep be reversed.
