dinner - smorgasbord:
- stuffed chicken with cornbread (i think?)
- peppadew peppers stuffed with goat cheese
- chicken salad + pita chips
- avocado tuna salad on bread
lunch: minestrone soup + soyrizo
yesterday run

dinner yesterday: oyster poboy
lunch yesterday: salmon with salad (mango, avo,...
and that creamy dill sauce again
dinner: two soyrizo tacos on corn tortillas...
also the last of my stuffed avo from Friday night - maybe about a quarter was left
lunch: baked salmon with dill + sesame oil
and a nice salad of cilantro, mango + avocado
(umm, and a cream sauce I made to accompany)
(b1) pho: prawns + pork
i ran to the pho place (approx 2 millys), ate half the pho and took the other half home (walked back)
